How it works

Accordate is a free date poll with no account and no app. It replaces the endless "are you free Thursday?" email threads with a clear grid where everyone ticks their availability.

1. Propose dates

Name your event, enter your name and email (to receive the admin link and answers), then tap the possible days in the calendar. You can add one or more time slots to each day (e.g. 6–8 pm) or leave it as a whole day.

2. Share the link

You get two links: a participant link to send to everyone, and an admin link to keep for yourself. The admin link lets you edit the poll, remove a participant, pick the final date, or delete everything.

3. See the best date

Each participant enters their name and taps the cells: ✓ yes, ? maybe or ✕ no. The column with the most yes answers is highlighted automatically. When you've decided, click "Pick this date": the poll closes and participants can add the event to their calendar in one click.

FAQ

Do I need an account? No. Neither to create nor to answer. Only the organizer leaves an email, never shown to participants.

Is it really free? Yes. The site is supported by unobtrusive ads.

How long does a poll stay online? As long as there's activity. A poll with no answer or comment for 180 days is deleted automatically.

Can I change my answer? Yes. Come back on the same device and your row is editable.

Are times converted to my time zone? No, they're shown as the organizer entered them. Mention the time zone in the description if participants are spread out.
