What we collect

Accordate works without accounts. When you create or answer a poll we store only what you type: title, description, location, proposed dates, your name (as written), your answers and comments. This data is visible to anyone who has the poll link. The organizer also provides an email address, used only to send them their links and answer notifications; it is never displayed or shared.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to remember your language and one cookie per poll so you can edit your own answers. Your browser also keeps a local list of the polls you created ("My polls"). None of this is used for ad tracking.

Advertising

The site is supported by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized ads in Google's ad settings. See Google's policy for how its partners use data.

Retention

A poll, its answers and comments are deleted automatically after 180 days without activity. The organizer can delete it at any time with the admin link.

Hosting

Data is hosted on Render (United States), traffic goes through Cloudflare and emails are sent by Resend. Server logs (IP address, requested page) are kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
