Service

Accordate is provided free of charge, "as is", with no guarantee of availability or accuracy. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.

Content

You are responsible for the content you post (titles, descriptions, names, comments). Illegal, hateful, harassing or misleading content is prohibited and may be removed without notice.

Links

Anyone with the participant link can view and answer the poll; anyone with the admin link can edit or delete it. Keep the admin link private.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Accordate is not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including the loss of a poll or an answer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
